Our New Clock
SLEEP OVER
Tootsie Pitsie
WHAT IS A TOOTSIE TOOTSIE or A PITSIE PITSIE? Well in all honesty I am not sure, but I do believe it has to do with the bubbles that are on your body after you get washed up, according to Kyleigh Rae and Bailyn. I really don't know how this came about, but one day I was washing Kyleigh Rae up after her bath and she wanted to play with all the bubbles left on her body. She called them either tootsie tootsies or pitsie pitsies. Mostly it is tootsie tootsies. I want to say she started calling them this before Bailyn was even born and sure enough, Bailyn caught right on and now they firmly believe that is what you call the bubbles on your body after being washed up. One night Kyleigh was so excited about the tootsie/pitsies that she said, "Well hello tootsie tootsie, nice to see you again. I just laughed because really, where does she come up with these things?!?!? Anyways, I am sure it is not in Webster's Dictionary, but in case you were ever wondering this is what my girls have defined a tootsie tootsie or pitsie pitsie as being!
Corcker Hairbows
Thanks to my friend Tara, I finally learned how to make the corker hairbows. It is one of my favorite to put in Bailyn's hair. She also taught me how to make headbands, but I have yet to make one that actually fits my childrens heads, so I will keep on working on it. I bought them both a coral colored dress for Easter and the plan is to make the coral headband and then put the coral and white corcker bow in the headband. We'll see if it turns out...I hope so!

Bailyn's Profession
Well I do believe that Bailyn has picked her profession - Photography. Actually this is what happens when you leave your camera in the reach of your 22 month old. The amazing thing is that she even turned it on by herself and got a couple of snapshots. The first one didn't turn out the way she wanted, but man I couldn't have done better on the second one if I tried!
These are my musical dolls that I have been collecting over the years and when we moved I didn't know where I wanted to put them. I have this perfect ledge in the living room window, but was worried about the girls playing with them. All in all they do pretty well at leaving the dolls alone. But Bailyn has this thing for babies - she is going to make a GREAT mother someday - and so when she sees my dolls, she basically only sees the babies and I will find her walking around the house with one of these porcelain babies wrapped up in her big blanket. She is so gentle and sweet with them that I have a hard time getting mad at her, but even so I still wish she wouldn't touch them! My girls are the light of my life! I don't know what I would do without them and the experiences I have had because of them. I love you Kyleigh Rae and Bailyn!!!
