High Intensity Chemo
Well Dad was admitted to the University of Utah Hospital yesterday to start the high intensity chemo. They told him that it was probably going to be pretty nauseating yesterday with a headache side effect and when I went to visit he said he had the headache, but seemed to not have the nausea that was expected. That is good. Mom was going to stay with him, but apperantly the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit said that the patient is still supposed to follow the radiation precautions up until next Friday. He is getting a different type of chemo today from yesterday. He will get this type for four days. I haven't talked to him today, called him earlier but he wasn't able to talk. From what I heard from Mitch he still has a little headache, but seemed to be tolerating things well. I hope to go down tonight to see him!

I'm glad that he is feeling "OK". Nausea can be a beast so I'm glad he has been able to avoid that thus far. Hope the rest of his treatments go well!!!
Thank you for your concern. I really appreciate it!
Our prayers are with your dad and mom. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help. Love Kara and Roger
We appreciate the prayers and concern. I think at this point that is what we need right now!
